Advance reservations may be made via telephone or online.  Call 800-432-2085 during office hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern time USA).  If calling outside these hours, please leave a detailed message.  To request online reservations, click at the bottom of this page. 

Reservation Policies:

• 50% deposit or 1 nights lodging is required to obtain a confirmed reservation.  Credit card only accepted for deposits.  Balance due on departure, no checks please.

• 2-night stays are required for most weekends.  Special events may require longer stays.  Please call to check availability.

• Check In after 3 PM.     Check Out by 11 AM. 

• Charge for an extra person is $35 per night in rooms specified for 3 persons

• We DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. 

• We are a NONSMOKING inn - A Smokers Porch is provided outside.  There is a $250 cleaning fee, if you smoke in any guest room.

• Rates may change without notice or vary for special events, except with prepaid reservation

• All rates are subject to a 9% state/local tax and a daily service charge

• Traveler's Insurance is highly recommended for those with concerns about changing travel plans, health or weather

Cancellation Policies:

Due to the size of the inn, cancellations affect us significantly.  A confirmation number is issued for all cancellations in order to insure we have received your request and is your proof of cancellation.  Deposits, less a $5 credit card processing fee, will be refunded at the end of each month provided reservations are cancelled within the following guidelines:

• 1 - 3 room nights ..................................................................... 7 days prior to arrival
• 4 - 6 room nights ....................................................................14 days prior to arrival
• 7+ room nights, Special Events and Holiday reservations..........30 days prior to arrival

Please Note:  ' 3 rooms for 2 nights ' = 6 room nights, which requires 14 days cancellation notice

If you are unable to give required notice...

• Deposit is forfeited if reserved nights can not be re-sold

• You are charged for items pre-purchased for a package reservation or by special request (i.e. carriage rides, beverages, cakes, flowers, tickets).

Please! do not fail to cancel a reservation:  Your deposit guarantees your reserved room is held for you (we know you might arrive later than planned).  It is essential to cancel any reservation, so that we may release the accommodation and attempt to resell it for you.
