We have several Basic Packages that will provide the starting point for your special event.  You may then add custom elements to make the day exactly right for you and your guests. 

Packages do not include the following:

  • Tents, Tables, Linen, Dishes, Fans, Lighting, etc.
  • Flowers, Photographer, Music & Decorative Items
  • Catering or Event Planning
  • Officiate or Minister


 

       Celebration House Party   (For groups of 30-50)   $5,500

  • Unlimited use of the Garden with outdoor seating for 50 guests.
  • 10 Guest Rooms for 2 night stay


Small House Party   $3,200  
(Groups of 10-30)

  • Use of the Garden/Gazebo (3 hours)
  • 5 Guest Rooms for 2 night stay
  • Seating for up to 30 Guests

 

 

Intimate Wedding & Honeymoon    $875

  • Bridal Bouquet and Groom's Boutonnière
  • Notary to perform Ceremony
  • Use of Garden/Gazebo (1 hour)
  • Bottle of Champagne for your Wedding Toast
  • Dinner for Two at choice of 3 great restaurants
  • 2 nights Accommodation in a Superior Suite

  • Self service with cake plates, champagne flutes and forks
  • Only available with a Wedding Package

Indoor Reception (Max 30)   $550

  • Use of Public Parlors & Dining Room (3 hours)
  • Requires 2 night room rental (not included)
